My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful trip and visit to your city on May 28 and May 29, 2011. As a tour guide we had a woman by the name of "Natalia" and a driver by the name of "Igor". Both of them were so very kind and helpful to us and treated us like royalty rather than ordinary US citizens. We think of our whole cruise which took us into seven countries, but when people ask us what was the highlight, we both always say it was RUSSIA with no doubt. We saw everything we had hoped to see and then even more. We talk about the special times we had with two extraordinary Russian people and we just want to express our sincere thanks to both of them and to your agency as well.

Please tell Natalia and Igor thank you from us and if possible ask Natalia to email back. We would truly like to correspond with someone in Russia and knowing her and Igor makes us feel a little bit like we know someone living there.
