Helsinki is the safest city of the planet. It combines spheres of business and cultural life of the city. Helsinki is located on the shore of the Baltic Sea that is why hundreds of thousands of tourists go thru its port annually. Finland is the home land for Santa Claus who lives in Laplandia, the very northern part of the country.
