We have just returned home from our Baltic cruise and felt the need to email immediately and congratulate you and your team for making our trip very special. Maria was an excellent guide, her command of english was superb and her knowledge was phenomenal. She understood the needs of our group and made us feel as if we were part of a family. By the end of the first day my father was referring to her as his granddaughter!

Igor, the driver, was so kind and helpful. My mother said he was a perfect gentleman, helping us in and out of the car and even putting a step to aid my mother.

Although we opted for the relaxed tour we cannot believe how much of your beautiful city we actually saw. The little extras that Maria provided, eg taking us to buy ice hockey shirts, lunch at the famous pie shop etc just gave a gilt edge to the trip.

Thank you for making the trip so easy to arrange, you were prompt and professional in replying to our endless emails. You made our entry in to Russia very easy and not as difficult as we had been led to believe.

We have already sung your praises to fellow cruise passengers and shall be writing reviews of our trip on several holiday websites.

Thank you all again for making our trip so memorable and the highlight of the cruise. Please give our regards to both Maria and Igor both a credit to your company.
