Personal data consent

Effective date: 11 September 2026

This consent is given to LLC “TJ Travel” (OGRN 1079847103973, INN 7842372612, KPP 780101001, tour operator registry number RTO 011381, Kruzenshterna ave. 18, bldg. 1, unit 47n, St Petersburg 199225, Russia - the Operator) freely, by your own will and in your own interest, under Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

1. Who gives it

Consent is given by the customer who submits an enquiry or booking on https://st-petersburg-tours.ru/ or through another channel. If a booking covers other travellers, the customer confirms that they are authorised by those travellers to provide their personal data and will provide evidence of that authority on request.

2. What data is processed

Full name; date of birth; nationality; identity document details, only to the extent a service requires the tourist to be identified; phone number; email address; group composition; dates and content of the tour booked; payment status, amount, currency, transaction reference and refund details; and information included voluntarily in an enquiry or booking.

The Operator does not receive or store full card numbers, card expiry dates or card security codes from Stripe. Special categories of personal data and biometric data are not processed.

3. Purposes

responding to enquiries and entering into and performing the tour services contract;
arranging admission, transport and other booked services;
contacting the customer about the enquiry or booking;
processing, confirming and accounting for payments and refunds;
handling cancellations, complaints and legal claims;
meeting the Operator’s obligations under Russian law, including responding to lawful requests from state authorities.

Consent to marketing and newsletter messages is given separately and is not implied by this document. Delivery of services does not depend on marketing consent.

4. Operations and method

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction, with and without automation.

When collecting personal data of Russian citizens through the Site, the Operator uses databases located in the Russian Federation for the operations specified in Article 18(5) of Law No. 152-FZ.

5. Who may receive the data

The Operator may provide data, only to the extent necessary for the stated purposes, to guides, venues, transport providers, accounting and banking providers, and competent state authorities where required by law.

Stripe receives payment-related personal data only when you choose a Stripe Payment Link that the Operator has confirmed for your booking. You enter that data directly on Stripe’s secure page. Stripe acts as an independent payment provider and processor under its own terms and privacy policy, and may use infrastructure or banking partners outside the Russian Federation. Data disclosed may include your name, contact details, payment amount and currency, card and authentication information, and transaction or refund details. The Operator receives only the transaction information needed to confirm and account for the payment and process a refund.

No data is disclosed to Stripe if you use another payment method.

For enquiry data, until its purpose is met and no longer than one year after the last contact. For customer and tourist data, for the term of the contract and three years after it is performed. Accounting and payment records are kept for the period required by law, generally five years.

You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@st-petersburg-tours.ru or by post to the Operator’s registered address. A traveller named in a booking may withdraw consent for their own data.

On receiving a withdrawal, the Operator stops processing based solely on this consent and destroys the data within thirty days, unless another lawful ground requires or permits continued processing. Withdrawing consent before the tour may make performance impossible; the contract may then be terminated subject to Article 32 of the Russian Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and reimbursement of the Operator’s actually incurred costs.

8. Your confirmations

You confirm that the data you provide is accurate, that the rights of a data subject under Chapter 3 of Law No. 152-FZ have been explained to you and are clear, and that the procedure and consequences of withdrawing consent have been explained to you and are clear.
